High Streak European Blackjack takes advantage of the thrill that is produced from the winning streak. While winning streaks in any game of blackjack can make you feel as if the dealer can never beat you, High Streaks European Blackjack makes these streaks more lucrative than ever.
This is done by adding a bonus bet that can result in large profits when two or more hands are won in a row. The rules are generally the same as traditional European blackjack in that the point values of the cards are to add up to be as close as possible to 21 points without going over.
Some of the rules, however, are somewhat unusual, which is what makes this form of blackjack different.
- The player can draw after splitting Aces.
- The game is played using two decks of 52 cards.
- A maximum of two hands can be split.
- Doubling Down is not allowed after splitting.
- Doubling Down is allowed on hands totaling 9, 10, and 11, which means that some soft hands cannot be split.
- The high streak side bet is optional, but is where the game gets its name. The bet is made before the player is dealt their hand. If the hand is won, the bet is moved to the High Streak area. The result is bonus payouts for each subsequent hand won.
- Payouts are two wins 1:1, three wins 2:1, four wins 5:1, and five wins 10:1.
