Atlantic City Blackjack is a game that is played with 8 fifty-two card decks. Before each game begins, the cards are shuffled so that each game has a different outcome.

The primary goal, however, is to beat the dealer's hand and this can be done if the added numeric values of the cards in the player's hand do not equal a number over 21.

The dealer can also be beat if he or she goes over 21. The "rule of 21" is universal amongst all forms of blackjack and has been existence since it was first referenced in the beginning of the 17th Century.

• The game must have 8 card decks of 52 each.
• The accumulative numeric values of the cards cannot exceed 21 points to win or when the dealer's hand is bust.
• Blackjack is when a player possesses an Ace and a card with a value of ten.
• If the player and the dealer have the same hand, it is called a "push" and the player's bet is redeemed.
• A player can split if two cards of the same value are received.
• A player can split three times within a game.
• Players can Double Down to win double the money.
• A player can take insurance if the first card the dealer draws is an Ace.
