Blackjack Pontoon is a British blackjack game that is similar to the American version in that players must have card point values that do not exceed 21 points.
The game requires two or more players. One deck of standard playing cards may be used, but two decks are recommended if there are eight or more players. Each player is dealt one card face down with the second card dealt face down after bets. From here, there are a number of rules that are followed that make this game of skill and chance a unique one.
The platform that is provided by Netent has relieved many concerns that players once had about online casino gambling by creating an easy and reliable way to play.
- Scoring Pontoon is identical to scoring blackjack with the ace being worth 1 or 11 points, face cards being worth 10, and numbered cards being worth their face value.
- Five Card Trick is the best hand in the game because the player has five cards without going over 21.
- If you have a total of less than 21, you have the option of drawing more cards. You may buy another card by increasing your initial bet by 1 to 2 times its size. You can also "twist" by telling the dealer to "twist me one." Twisting doesn't affect your stake, but the card is dealt face up.
